I've had a bunch of mini victories this morning:
* Worked out with free weights this morning for 20 minutes
* Did 10 minutes of crunches and 2 push ups (did you know it was hard to do push ups when the tendons in your heel hurt? Who knew?)
* Will be getting dressed in a little bit and then taking the dog for a 30 minute walk before work. DONE! Sammy was all, "You rawk! I get a WALK!" And Casey said to make sure he's up early tomorrow and he'll go with us. Woot!
* I've planned my food for the day to make sure I get enough fruits and vegetables
It's not much, but it's a step in the right direction. :)
WI: up 1.3 pounds (chalking it up to PMS and not enough cardio)
Weekly Goal: 30 minutes of cardio at least 3x this week
Daily Goal: 100 oz of water
